Property and/or vehicle redemptions MUST be booked online.

Once an appointment is requested through our online system, we will confirm the date/time we have available and send you all documents to sign electronically.

We will give very specific instructions on the appointment sheet which must be adhered to in order to complete your appointment. Everything MUST be completed prior to appointment. There will be no exceptions and your appointment will not be completed unless everything is in order .

Any missed appointments will be charged a rebooking fee when you try to rebook.
